This couple are from very different countries, but ‘clicked’ over their love of travel, adventure, humour and of course, love.
Vanessa, an amazing geneticist and researcher and Chris, a gifted photographer met when Chris was photographing Vanessa for a medical magazine. Both wanted a more interesting story, so went searching for Tasmanian Devils. Their partnership grew from there.
Chris proposed in the Kalahari Desert (which holds a special place in Vanessa’s heart as she was born in South Africa and has done a lot of research in this region) and the ring was nearly lost in the campfire, Vanessa was so shocked at the time…..but of course, said yes.
