I cannot recommend Ruby highly enough for a wedding celebrant. She is everything you could hope for-warm, genuine, with just the right amount of humour and formality. Ruby took care of all the legalities leading up to the big day, and met with us a month before to discuss the ceremony proceedings. She made the whole process very enjoyable, and very easy! Ruby was very thorough and prepared, checking in with us regularly to update the ceremony run through to suit us, and discuss the logistics of the day. She even formed a back up plan should she be unable to attend on the day, for peace of mind.But what made her stand out to me the most was her delivery of her words on the day. I find some celebrants can be somewhat cheesy, and impersonal, like they are reading off a script. Ruby spoke from the heart, and gave the ceremony a beautiful, heart warming touch. Ruby really elevated our day to the next level, and all of our wedding guests agree that she was the perfect person for the job.
